To begin the Tiling process, an in home consultation / estimate is needed to be done. If you are wanting me to design and (or) provide the materials a retainer is required. If you are supplying the Tile, a sample of the Tile you want installed needs to be on hand. Only then can I do a proper estimate. If you have a budget, an idea of that budget can help me help you. Having tile installed varies in cost. The main factor is the time it is going to take. Attributing factors are; the Tile you are wanting installed, the square footage, the pattern and the prep work needed to install it properly. On remodel work expect change orders. You don't know what you have till you tear the old out. This is the Professional method of pricing a Tiling installation. Remember, the bitterness of bad workmanship outlives the pleasure of a penny saved!
